HOTSHOTBUSINESS FOLLOW-UP JOURNAL:
Today we launched our _skate_ company under the name of ____SocioZ____.
Our first measure was to create _training boards_ stations to meet customers’ demands. However, after a while we found out that _pirates boards station_ was unprofitable and we decided to drop it.
Our customers were mainly interested in _space boards_.
We promoted our services through _the sky_
Then, we found out that our prices were _low_ so we _increased them_.
So far, we’ve attained _a very high profit_, but we think that next time we will have _to increase it_.
Well, you’ve been playing for a while now and so far, you’ve done quite well with profits of up to $15,000. But, you’re still far from your first million, so it would be useful to revise your strategies to battle your path towards success. So, raise your chin and go ahead!
Business Finances:
Our call was to
_use our money_, so now we’re _free of paying back to the bank_.
We think it was a good/bad strategy because at the end of the sixth week
_we managed well and we highly increased our profits_.
Marketing:
While selecting the
most appropriate marketing campaign, the options were among these four:
_print campaign, barker, sky campaign and TV commercial_, we chose _sky campaign_
which meant a cost of _$150_. The advantages over the rest were
_all people can see it and it is a funny way to show our business_.
Customers:
At launch time, our customer
preferred _off road boards_. Our decision was to offer them
_more stations because it will increase the number of clients and our profits_.
Competitors:
After due research, we found out that our competitors
_changed to a pet spa shop because we concentrated the market_, which led us to _raise our prices_.
To sum up, we think that our best decision was_satisfying our customers _ because _we sold a lot of boards_.
